Inside Queen Elizabeth Park, the Celebration Pavilion is easily one of Vancouver’s most charming spots for a wedding ceremony. How Much Does a Celebration Pavilion Wedding Cost?

There are several key factors that can impact the cost of a wedding here, just like with any venue, including the time of year, day of the week, and guest count. So to help with your planning, here’s a breakdown of the current Celebration Pavilion wedding pricing as of June 2025.

Monday to Thursday

Ceremony-Only Booking (2-Hour Time Slot): Perfect for couples planning a simple, beautiful ceremony without a full reception.

Available time slots:

  • 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Rate: $500 per hour (2-hour minimum required)


Indoor Reception Booking: Perfect for couples planning a complete celebration, including dinner, dancing, and everything in between.

Time: 3:00 PM – Midnight

Rental Fee: $3,168

*Please note: An Entandem fee applies if music is played during your event.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and statutory holidays

2-Hour Time Slot Booking: Great for smaller gatherings or shorter events like ceremonies or intimate celebrations over weekends or holidays.

Available time slots:

  • 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Rental Fee: $2,237


Indoor Reception Booking: Perfect for a full evening celebration with dinner and dancing.

Time: 3:00 PM – Midnight

  • Standard chair setup – lecture style with elegant silver Chiavari chairs
  • Signing table and chair
  • Speaker system with auxiliary input for your music or speeches
  • Silk floral décor (choose between red & green or blush, lavender & white)
  • Aisle runner in your choice of red or black
  • Access to a bridal room and washroom during your booking time
  • Wedding rehearsal availability (Monday to Thursday, subject to scheduling)
