Seasonal Wedding Ceremony Spaces
April to October:
Summer wedding ceremonies at Golden Eagle Golf Club take place on their outdoor 2,200-square-foot terrace that overlooks the golf course and the Thompson Mountains. This \ serves as a stunning backdrop for your ceremony.
Summer ceremony packages include:
- Day of Wedding Coordinator
- White garden chairs for your guests
- White linens and all tables needed
- Power supply, Bluetooth speaker, triangle arch
- Two 20' x 20' marquee tents
- Wedding rehearsal (lead by your Pastor or Officiant, fees may apply)
- Champagne Toast add-on is available for an additional fee
November to March:
Winter Weddings Ceremonies at Golden Eagle Golf Club take place in their stunning indoor space: The Banquet Room. Just picture floor-to-ceiling weddings, white chiffon draping around the whole room, and twinkling fairy lights and crystal chandeliers.
Winter ceremony packages include:
- Day of Wedding Coordinator
- White Wash Wooden Banquet Chairs with cushions for your guests
- White linens and all tables needed
- Power supply, speaker, triangle arch, wireless microphone
- Chiffon Draping throughout the banquet room with twinkle lights
- Wedding rehearsal (lead by your Pastor or Officiant, fees may apply)
- Champagne Toast add-on is available for an additional fee
- Up to 150 guests
Indoor Clubhouse for Your Dreamy Reception
The indoor reception space at Golden Eagle Golf Club feels serene and dreamlike from the moment you walk in. Your eyes (and guests’ eyes) will instantly be drawn to the soft glow of crystal chandeliers, flowing white drapery, and your own stunning decor that brings the room to life. Designed as an elegant blank canvas, this space allows you to fully customize the space to create the wedding of your dreams.
Hosting your reception here, you'll also get access to:
- Day of Wedding Coordinator
- All tables, cross back chairs & floor length white linens (room set-up & tear-down included)
- Plates, cutlery, stemware, white linen napkins
- Custom printed menu at each place setting
- Bartender, service and kitchen staff

Get Adventurous With Their Helicopter Package
You want a traditional wedding surrounded by all of your loved ones, but you also want an adventurous mountain-top elopement. Golden Eagle Golf Club allows couples the option of both! By booking their helicopter package, you’ll be whisked away for a scenic 15-minute helicopter ride up to the mountain tops of Widgeon Lake. There’s room for three Passengers: the couple and their photographer.
There, you'll enjoy 30 minutes of ground time for pictures, followed by a 15-minute flight back to Golden Eagle Golf Club.
