October at Swaneset Bay is something special — golden light, wide-open skies, and a golf course that turns every portrait into a postcard. Christine & Bobby's wedding had all of that, plus one detail I don't see every day: a live wedding painter capturing the day on canvas as it happened.

The Day: October 3, 2026

They married at Swaneset Bay Resort & Country Club in Pitt Meadows, surrounded by their favourite people, with the fall colours doing their very best work in the background. Early-October light in the Fraser Valley is a photographer's dream — soft, warm, and generous — and this day delivered it in full.

Portraits on the Course

A golf course in October gives you everything: long grass, golden trees, open sky, and space to breathe. Christine & Bobby were relaxed and joyful in front of the camera, and it shows — the kind of portraits that look effortless because the couple actually was.

After the ceremony came dinner, speeches, dancing, and a room full of people who clearly love these two — plus that live painting taking shape through the evening, a keepsake unlike any other.
